If you get right to the meat of it, the Mammoth 10” Hoverboard is the biggest and best swegway available in the UK and elsewhere. There are certain specific features that make this Hoverboard stand out from the others. So, why is this UK Hoverboard the top of the line?
The 10” Mammoth Swegways are built in the same way that its smaller brothers are. All of the main mechanical components are the same, which also means that this model is just as safe and reliable as the other iterations. What really sets this model above the rest are its tires. The 10” Mammoth Swegway boasts inflatable tires that can withstand quite the beating. The 6” and 8” models have solid, hardwearing tires that are tough but don’t offer much cushion from anything in the road. That can result in a bit of a bumpy ride if you aren’t careful. In contrast, the 10” Mammoth’s tires offer much better suspension and cushion the rider much better from anything that they might run over. The tires are very tough and puncture-resistant, but riders still need to make sure to avoid hitting anything sharp from both a safety and tire preservation standpoint.

Let’s get straight to the point. The 8″ Lambo Hoverboard is simply the upgrade to the Classic 6″ Hoverboard and is fast superseding the Classic as the number one selling gadget in the world.
This fantastic model is the big daddy of the Classic UK Swegway, second to be released and contains the most popular specification within all Swegway devices – Bluetooth. Why are they so popular you ask?
They’re just like the 6″ Classic Hoverboards, but larger.
The 8″ Lambo Swegways are built inside in the same way as the Classic Hoverboards. The components within the Lambo are almost synonymous with the ones in the Classic 6″ models. In the previous UK Swegway Reviews article we outlined why the 6″ is the most reliable Hoverboard around. Well, it goes without saying that the Lambo 8″ Swegway is just as so. The only difference, however, is the larger 8″ wheel (which houses the wheel-motor) as well as the exterior casing.
They are great for medium-level riders.
The 8” Lambo Hoverboard is so much fun. Since it is larger than the Classic models, we often recommend them to the more experience riders, since they’re chunkier and slightly more heavy than its little brother and therefore may be a little tricky to get the hang of right away. Having said that, we have experienced so many beginners master the Lambo Swegways within just 15 minutes or ever riding on one!

Thats right, the Lambo 8″ Swegway is the first UK Hoverboard to have a Bluetooth Speaker functionality. This means that users are now able to play music from their Swegway by pairing the device with their Bluetooth mobile phone or tablet, thanks to the built-in high quality speaker and BT circuits. Why I love my Hoverboard
“When hoverboards came out in 2015, it was a revelation to the world. If you’re someone who likes strolling around private parks like I do, or enjoying some time in the garden but do not like running or walking for that instance, a Swegway is all you need.
I had always dreamed of having one ever since they came out. I saved my money until I could finally buy a hoverboard on my own and when I saw that I could get one with a 12-month warranty attached with it, I did not think any further. And, I am glad to announce that I am totally in love with the new Swegway that was bought from Swegway-Pro.co.uk.
First of all, it was delivered to me the next day which in itself is quite uplifting because I don’t like to wait around. And, not having to pay any delivery charges is very pleasing as well. I am also very glad to announce that the product is 100% genuine and the material it is been made of feels very sturdy. I bought the one with the 10-inch wheel base since I am pretty comfortable using the Hoverboard and do not feel the need to hold back. A few extra pounds can mean a whole lot of difference experience wise.
The best part about the Swegway that I bought is that it charges fully within a couple of hours thanks to the original Samsung batteries, I assume. I went to a maximum speed of 12 until now using an app to test although the site states that it can go up to 15. I would definitely try it out on the cemented footpath with lesser bumps to check this statement. Apart from that, it works really well on almost all types of suburban surfaces. It can go over bumps and also operates smoothly on grass surfaces.
If you’re a hoverboard lover, I would definitely recommend you to try one out!”

Swegways Challenge: Having fun with Hoverboards
Swegways Challenge…
Hoverboards or Swegways are futuristic two-wheeled smart boards, which have become one of the main breakthroughs of the 21st century. As soon as this wonderful technology came on markets, it quickly became the most popular must-have gadget around the world, including the United States and the UK.
As with anything remotely funny nowadays going viral on YouTube, hoverboards and Swegways have quickly taken their position as leading roles in thousands of funny homemade and official videos. The result was a lot of falling compilations; thousands of funny moments as well as creative challenges making people compete while having extremely good fun.
One example is a group of guys called ‘Team Edge’ who came together with an idea to create videos that would inspire people and help them to create fun while riding their own Hoverboards. Team Edge has recorded plenty of extremely funny videos, which included various challenges. Below are two of the most interesting of challenges we found so far:
Hoverboard ‘Soccer’ Swegways Challenge
In this funny video posted by ‘Team Edge’, the squad had to be split into two teams and play football on their hoverboards. With strict rules, they compete against each other, while a referee watches over to make sure everything goes smooth.
Of course, the video is full of funny moments with both teams hopelessly doing their best to win, proving that doing so on Hoverboards isn’t an easy task at all. Everything went on another side when at the middle of the video one of the players broke his Swegway, so the rest of the team had to improvise and create new funny parts of this fantastic Hoverboard challenge. At the end of the video, the winner had to be decided by way of a penalty shootout. Watch the video here:
Team Edge have made a really great video that can make anyone who watches laugh, and add further creativity in to our Swegways Challenge ideas for all our Hoverboard lovers. Giant Jenga Hoverboard Challenge
Once again the ‘Team Edge’ boys have innovated an interesting Swegways Challenge and Hoverboard game! This time, the centre of attention was a giant Jenga block.
We all know the aim of the game in Jenga, but we certainly didn’t think that we could make it twice the fun using Swegways!
Once again, the Team Edge boys were at the top of their task to make us laugh, and with the number of crazy and funny moments and challenges they faced while recording this video, they succeeded.
The team came up with the idea to circle around the Jenga tower with their Hoverboards and one main goal; that they must not destroy the Jenga tower whilst riding. The second idea was to play Jenga while they’d all be on their Hoverboards, which at the end didn’t suppose to be such an easy task.
This is another video full of funny jokes and moments that can make us LOL.
